MAA elections: Hema on fire

The Movie Artistes’ Association (MAA) elections are becoming as intense as the general elections with each passing day. With both the warring panels alleging threats from each other and issuing satirical comments, the contest seems to be getting murkier as the polling date (29th March) is fast approaching.

Joining the queue now is popular character actress Hema. During one of the press meets organized by the Jayasudha panel couple of days ago, Hema made few shocking allegations on certain bigwigs in the association, which took everyone by surprise. The actress said that an industry bigwig, who was a part of the MAA association, wasted the association’s money and did no developmental activities during his tenure.

Hema also alleged that the person is now supporting Rajendra Prasad and that he should question himself first before he questions Jayasudha’s panel on the development agenda. While many are praising Hema’s daring act, a handful of people are criticizing her allegations by saying, “Why was she silent all these days?“
