Criminal charges against Sruthi Hassan

Beautiful Shruthi Hassan is in trouble for missing shooting schedules. The producers of Nagarjuna-Karthi multi-starrer have filed criminal cases against her for not reporting to the shooting of their film.

Based on a complaint by Picture House Media Ltd, criminal cases under section 420 (cheating) have been registered against her. Shruthi has opted out of the film citing date clashes with other projects. The producers contended that the dates had been allotted as per the actress’ convenience.
The producers said the actress’ behaviour was unprofessional and unethical. Responding to the complaint, a city court restrained the actress from taking up any new assignments pending the case.
Reports said that Shruthi has opted out of the movie after doing a few schedules as she wanted to focus on Vijay and Mahesh Babu’s projects. Sources also said she was more focused on Ajith’s Thala 56. Shruthi presently has four projects on hand.
